We aim to provide quality rental equipment to meet your needs. In the case of a return, refunds will be processed under the following conditions:
Damages and issues
Please inspect the machinery upon arrival and contact us immediately damaged, or if you received the wrong equipment, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges for Damaged or Defective Machines
If the machine is found to be damaged or defective upon delivery or during your rental period, we will arrange an exchange to replace the damaged machine with a fully functional one. For customers who have paid for shipping, we will cover the return shipping costs, and the exchange will be provided at no additional charge. However, for customers who chose the Own Collection option, you will need to return the damaged machine to our headquarters and pick up the replacement equipment in person. Simply contact us to arrange for the exchange, and we will guide you through the process.
Initiating a Return or Exchange
To start the return or exchange process, please reach out to us at 0162151043 or hello@kyusenmachinery.com.my. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send the machine. Please note that any equipment sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Non-Refundable
Not eligible for exchange or refund, including orders for incorrect items. In such cases, the payment for the incorrect item will not be refunded. You may either return the incorrect item immediately or keep it until the end of the rental period.
